Shipping Instructions!
Shipping charges are caculated and added at check out. At present, shipping and handling charges are rated at $ 2.75 per lb.(This includes both shipping and handling.) Shipping can be by Postal Service or by UPS. We determine how to ship by the best or most reasonable rate.

Inventory:
Sometimes we may have several orders and may run out of parts or stock. If so, we will re-stock as soon as we can get items shipped to us. Also, we will notify customer by email or phone about the delay and give you an expected shipping date for your order.

All products crafted by B & A have a limited one year warranty from the date you receive the product.

We will try our best to insure customer satisfaction. This is one of our top goals at B & A. We will try to treat and respond to our customers just like we would like to be treated if we were in the same place as the customer.We want to have B & A known as a place that will go out of the way to satisfy a customer.

Custom Wood Work
We do some custom wood work. On large heavy items we custom make, order has to be picked up or arainged for pickup by customer.
