Our warranty on our products is as follows:

All products carry a one year limited warranty including parts used in our products such as motors , clock movements and etc. Any product found to be defective due to motor failure or defect in any part ofthe product will be repaired which includes parts and labor. This warranty does not cover abuse of the product, or breakage of any part of the product due to mishandling or abuse. This warranty does not cover any batteries. We do strive to satisfy our customers and would consider any of our products that do fail and judgement would come down on the side of the customer. Our warranty policy would pay return shipping charges by our company when shipping defective item back to customer after we have made repairs. Customer would pay shipping back to us after buying and receiving product. We have never so far had an item returned to us. This is the kind of craftsman ship we do at B & A.
